The Electro-Voice ZX3 offers an unprecedented level of lightweight, 12-inch, two-way, loudspeaker performance for the widest variety of portable and installed applications. Featuring the new DVX3121 12-inch woofer and the ND2 neodymium compression driver, the ZX3 continues the groundbreaking innovation of the EV DVX woofer program, joining the ranks of EV's ZX series between the eight-inch ZX1 and the 15-inch ZX5.When it comes to problem and solution versatility, the ZX3 is in a class of its own. In addition to the highest performance drivers available, a complete range of optional accessories, including the CB-5 array kit, MB3 wall and ceiling-mount bracket, HA-3 handle adapter for use with the VSA-1 strong arm mount, and TCA-1 truss clamp adapter allow the ZX3 to be easily and precisely configured in multiple box arrays, mounted on trusses or tripods, deployed as monitors, or used as system mains with a subwoofer.
The Sx300E, with 300-watt continuous - and 1,200-watt peak - power handling, is the world's best lightweight, high-power speaker system. It delivers over 125 dB continuous with 131 dB peaks (one-watt /one-meter) at full power. Its 65 degree x 65 degree, Constant Directivity horn allows for vertical or horizontal use with identical coverage.
The Electro-Voice TX2152 excels where all other dual, 15-inch loudspeakers fail - transient detail. The secret to the TX2152 is its combination of dual, SMX2150 low-distortion woofers with an integrated analog crossover that uses elliptical filters to achieve 36 dB per octave slopes at the crossover frequency. The result is crossover performance that surpasses many electronic DSP devices and bi-amping.
The Electro-Voice TX1152 fits the bill when applications that require the low-frequency extension of a 15-inch woofer, with the outstanding pattern control of a larger, rotateable, 60 degree x 40 degree horn. Using the incredibly low-distortion, SMX2150 15-inch woofer, the TX1152 boasts specs normally associated with loudspeakers twice the price.
The Electro-Voice TX1122 is designed to be the compact over-achiever of the Tour X family. Employing the same space-saving, 90 degree x 50 degree horn as the FM models and the incredibly low-distortion SMX2120 12-inch woofer, the TX1122 will astound you with performance that blows away ordinary 15-inch, two-way loudspeakers.
