Other than product sales, Athens Pro Audio stands by it’s customers for any technical matter that may occur.
For that, we have created a special customer support center, that by working along with our specialized technicians’ labs we manage to quickly and efficiently face any technical problem that audio equipment may develop, whether they are covered by insurance or not.
Many of our suppliers, have technical departments with whom we associate, but for the sake of being more effective, we have created our own specialized repair service, so as to always find the best and faster solution for our customers
Electronics Lab
Deals with technical support of all kinds of electronic devices. The specialized personel has a vast amount of experience in repairing amplifiers, preamplifiers, speakers, microphones, consoles, projectors etc.
Custom Cables
Other than standard production cables, we offer custom ultra high end cables by companies such as Mogami, Belden ad Gotham, paired with Neutrik or Switchcraft connectors. These cables offer the best possible sound quality and are made acording to our customers’ needs.
