Turntables
The first Debut turntable, introduced in the late 1990s, was a revolution for the hi-fi industry. For the first time after the arrival of Compact Disc and the assumed demise of vinyl records, an analogue product re-emerged in the “mass market” – something all music lovers could afford. The new DEBUT Carbon DC has been designed to set new standards in this category for the coming decade – perfectly timed as analogue today is again a respected source, while the demand for good turntables is growing again! The most obvious improvement is the inclusion of a CARBON TUBE for the tonearm, which increases stiffness and decreases unwanted resonance. This material normally is extensively used in high-end tonearms, but – because of cost reasons – was never used in products at lower price levels. Together with other improvements like an increase in platter size and weight to realize even smoother rotation, the overall sound quality is greatly improved. The approved belt drive design offers low noise AC motor with effective motor decoupling (utilising TPE-damping) and ultra precision frequency DC-driven AC generator (like Speed Box) for ultimate speed stability without unwanted vibration. The DEBUT CARBON DC will be offered in high-gloss black or shiny red, green, blue, yellow, silver or white as no-added-cost option. Specifications: 8,6” carbon tonearm Increased platter size with more weight Precision belt drive with synchronous motor New DC power supply with ultra precision frequency DC-driven AC generator (like Speed Box) for ultimate speed stability. The DP-300F has been designed with heavier base construction for reduced vibration and improved performance. The all new tonearm has a removable headshell making cartridge replacement simple. The standard mount headshell allows for any standard mount cartridge between 5 ~ 10 grams to be mounted and balanced. The automatic startup feature allows the turntable to begin play with the touch of a button, and once play has been completed, the tonearm will be returned to the armrest gently so that the stylus and record are not damaged or scratched. The turntable is made of rigid diecast aluminum to produce uniform rotation for smooth flutter free operation. There is also a manual lifter mechanism that allows you to place the needle on the record wherever you want, so you can skip to a different song in the middle of a side. The DP-300F includes a built-in phono equalizer to connect the player to an integrated amp or receiver that does not have its own phono input. This turntable is powered by a DC servo motor and belt drive system and has rotation speeds of 33 1/3 or 45 rpm. It comes with a MM cartridge so that you can begin to enjoy your analog record collection as soon as you connect the DP-300F to your home hi-fi system.

Pro-Ject has decided to go after the cheap plastic turntable market with an high quality alternative that comes complete with an Ortofon cartridge. The new Elemental table is a real "plug'n'play" all the way. No adjustment of counterweight and antiskating is needed, because both are pre-adjusted. This new straight ultra low mass tonearm is optimised for Ortofon OM cartridge series. All the buyer needs to do is remove it from the box, remove bearing guard, locate the belt around the platter, remove stylus guard and plug it in. The only plastic here is the stylus guard. The hidden secret to the new table's sonic success, is a central gravity mass point, made from artificial stone and placed directly underneath the platter bearing. It is capable to fully absorb unwanted rumble and motor vibration. This turntable appears to be pure simplicity itself, while maintaining high quality audio standards. RPM 3 Carbon utilises evolutionary enhancements to improve the performance of RPM series: A low resonance chassis holds an inverted platter bearing with ceramic ball for further reduced rumble. An outboard 15V AC motor is smoothly driven using an ultra precision AC generator with DC power supply for further enhanced speed stability. A 10“ S-shaped tonearm tube is made from carbon fibre, aluminium and resin. Using a complex 3-step process with heat treatment and 100bar pressure, arm tube rigidity is strenghtened, internal damping is maximized and resonances are reduced to a minimum. This makes the tonearm also suitable for MC cartridges.Additional features are a magnetic antiskating mechanism and a TPE-damped counterweight. All ingredients add up to a miracle in sound for the price and ultra-stylish look! The Omega 100’s design is at once simple and elegant. Ultra-connected, it implements state-of-the-art technologies which reproduce the warm, vintage sound of vinyl, without constraints.Unique aesthetic qualitiesThe Elipson Omega 100 has been designed to offer a streamlined, enjoyable user experience. Its large sub-chassis integrates a variety of functions which are showcased by a band of chrome-plated or brushed metal. Its silhouette, finish, and meticulous construction are a tribute to sophisticated French design. Not a single screw is visible, the cover is made-to-measure and the angles are rounded for a more elegant appearance. The high-tech design creates a contrast with the nostalgia conjured up by the object itself, which makes this turntable a neo-vintage reference for the living room.An ultra-connected turntable Faithful to its principles, Elipson aims to endow this mythical object with new functions. After having found that the majority of people buying LPs were under 30, the brand built a turntable which can be easily connected to all the Bluetooth speakers on the market. The carefully selected, state-of-the-art electronics offer a number of possibilities:A premium phono preamp allowing the user to connect the turntable to any amplifier.Apt-X Bluetooth transmission for wireless connectivity and a wider range of placement options, letting the user enjoy the warm, analog sound of LPs with any portable speaker.A USB output to allow the user to make digital copies of his or her favorite records, which may then be brought anywhere. Optimized FunctionsEach of the Omega 100 turntable’s functions has been optimized. Its carbon tonearm, designed by the brand’s engineers, is equipped with a Ortofon OM10 cartridge. The suspended motor entirely eliminates friction, while the extraordinarily precise rotational speed generator enables playback for 33, 45 and 78 rpm records. The world’s only preamplified, Bluetooth turntable “Made in France” Designed and built in France, the Elipson turntable is a testament to exceptional craftsmanship. A team of passionate experts ensures that Elipson turntables are manufactured with the same amount of care and attention to detail, every day.
