The Elipson Infinite S12 subwoofer is a built-in model, designed for home cinema rooms and optimized for the Elipson Infinite 8 and Elipson Infinite 14 speakers. A bass-reflex model, it is equipped with a powerful 30 cm speaker.

Elipson Infinite S12: a complete range

With the speakers in the Elipson Infinite range, Elipson offers a complete range for home cinema integration. The Elipson Infinite 8 and Elipson Infinite 14 speakers can be fixed to the wall (on wall) or built into a partition (in wall), as can the Elipson Infinite S12 passive subwoofer. The latter are ideally complemented by the Elipson Infinite INF6 and Elipson Infinite INF8 speakers intended for in-ceiling installation for the reproduction of Dolby Atmos, DTS:X or Auro 3D tracks. All the speakers in the Elipson Infinite range benefit from numerous exclusive technologies to meet the requirements of cinema, while maintaining very high visual discretion. The use of identical technologies on all Elipson Infinite speakers also ensures perfect tonal consistency. 

Elipson Infinite S12: 30 cm speaker 

With the Elipson Infinite S12 built-in subwoofer, Elipson offers a practical solution for reproducing low frequencies in a home cinema room. Passive, this subwoofer requires the use of an amplifier to operate. Its admissible power is high, with 500 W continuous and double in peak point. Elipson has chosen a 30 cm speaker, loaded in bass-reflex with two circular front vents. Thus, thanks to a volume of around a hundred liters, the subwoofer reaches the low frequency of 28 Hz, with an attenuation of 3 dB compared to the high-bass register.

Elipson Infinite S12: on wall or in wall 

The Elipson Infinite S12 subwoofer requires a recess depth of 22 cm and has a solid satin-finish aluminium front panel. It can be installed in a partition wall and behind a transonic screen, without compromising its performance.

For large rooms (> 50 m2) or those equipped with a large number of speakers (Atmos for example), the use of several Elipson Infinite S12 subwoofers is recommended.
